In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you, (1 Peter 1:3-4 NIV) % For it is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil. (1 Peter 3:17 NIV) % casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) % If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
